Classic models: After replacing the filter cartridge, press and hold the filter reset button (to the left of the water filter) for 5 seconds to reset the water filter life monitor.Insert the new filter into the manifold and turn clockwise until the filter is seated.Remove the new filter cartridge from its packaging and carefully remove the plastic cap.Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair. If it cannot be removed, no further troubleshooting advice is available.A jar opener can help provide a better grip for a hard-to-remove filter.There is water in the filter cartridge, so it is normal for a small amount to spill out.
